HP's
IdeaLab is live! We now have a central external web portal for people to try our web-based stuff online - Yeeha!
And there is a nice red card labeled "Color". Yeeha * 2!
The card links through to the color thesaurus and zeitgeist tool posts on the external color blog. It also has links to the blog and other sites that have written about the tool and have user feedback. These web pages were the basis for my small role in yesterday's marathon Labs event. This included hours worth of Q&A from journalists - all of whom I'm glad to say seemed to get the color part of the IdeaLab quite quickly. I must admit it's kind of weird to be reading about the event as it happens and then meeting the people writing some of the coverage.
The color card also has a video. Not being Brad Pitt I feel a little awkward seeing myself given the "Pleasantville" color treatment (that is I am in black and white and the demo is in color) but I guess now that it's out there I should see how easy it is to embed in web pages and blog posts.
