Hi, I'm back again, blogging from Shanghai. My first two days here were spent with customers at our Enterprise Advisory Council – a great forum to spend time, work with and learn from customers around HP’s Asia Pacific region.

Today, we turned our attention to the press and analyst community, at the “Business GO, Print 2.0” event. The team here put on an amazing launch, with more than 130 attendees from the press and analyst community in Asia. We unveiled new products akin to Detroit rolling out a hot new car. The lights went down, the music went on, and the stage opened up to show the audience of press and analysts our newest innovations. Everyone was very excited.

We reinforced our Print 2.0 strategy for enterprise and SMB customers and showcased our new solutions and services. It’s clear from the reactions I’m observing here in Shanghai – whether it’s from customers at the Advisory Council or from press and analysts at this event – people are seeing that HP has come a long way in building enterprise solutions that meet the needs of customers. We’ve had major enterprise customer and press and analyst events in this region for the past two years. But this year, more than any other, it’s evident that our commitment to helping customers optimize their imaging and printing infrastructure, manage their environment and improve workflows is making a difference.

And, I’m glad to see our message around “Alternative Thinking About Printing" is resonating well with everyone we talk to, not only here in Shanghai, but around the world.

I’ll be having dinner tonight with our press and analyst guests, along with several other executives from our global enterprise team from the U.S. and around Asia. Tomorrow, 3M's Paul White will present his company's case study, showcasing how HP’s devices, services and solutions made a positive difference at 3M. Should be another great day!
