Once, this
year’s Sundance World Cinema Audience Award winner, was released in select U.S. cities
May 16, 2007.
This modern musical, directed by Ireland’s John Carney, has
been gaining attention around the globe for performances by Glen Hansard and Marketa
Irglova. At the Sundance Film
Festival in January, HP asked the pair to sing a duet and they gladly
obliged.
While the film may
not have made it to your hometown yet, you can hear more music by purchasing the soundtrack from Columbia Records.
